Complaint Process


Sometimes parents have hockey-related concerns that need to be addressed. 

 

We ask that parents follow the steps below when they have concerns of a serious nature.

  

It is important to note that if your team by some uncontrollable factor is without a Parent Representative / Parent Liaison, or if the Parent Liaison is the problem, then the Director of Conflict Resolution should be contacted after the 24 hour waiting period.
